the place was perfect and had reasonably good and highly courteous staff even at your service at 5 in the morning, really enjoyed the stay. the location was incredible, short walk to old quarter, railway and the closest markets. visited ho guom bar for a few drinks, it was not too far away from the hotel, recommend.

A good rooftop surprise

Waking up to a awesome breakfast spread was a joy! The friendly staff, especially the concierge, were always eager to assist. The rooftop bar provided amazing views, perfect for winding down.

The nearby street noise was noticeable at times, which disrupted the otherwise serene atmosphere of the hotel. While the room was comfortable, I did wish for a bit more noise insulation.

Slightly too far from the main hub and hotel staff gave wrong directions Chose because it had a gym but was being "renovated" so they suggested I spend $33 on using the gym at another hotel... Ended up running in the street in 34 degree heat

I recently stayed at Thien Thai and enjoyed the clean interconnecting Family Room. Phuong at the front desk was super helpful with local tips. The hotel’s nearby eateries and cafes were a treat. A bit noisy at times, but overall a nice stay!

Honestly no complains at all. Good home base for 1 night with very friendly and top-class staff even at your service at 5 in the morning. Brand-new, reasonably priced room with a big bed, a washer/dryer, and unbeatable location. Good choice of food at the outstanding breakfast. Beautifully appointed and ideal hotel, 16 miles from Noi Bai International airport.

The fine building gave off a beautiful vibe, and the location put us right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were helpful, always ready to assist. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm afternoons. Plus, the breakfast spread was the best we've had, with a large dining area filled with delicious options. It was a great way to start our days!

The only downside was the slightly slow Wi-Fi. It was a bit frustrating at times.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location made our stay enjoyable, especially with the added perk of a welcome drink upon arrival and the convenience of luggage storage for our travel plans.

The staff was super helpful, especially at breakfast, and the location near the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring. We chilled at Uncle Joe's Irish Pub for some great live music and enjoyed delicious local food at nearby spots. Highly recommend the massage at the spa too!
